Order Status
Within 24 hours of placing your order, you will receive an e-mail confirming we have received your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with shipping confirmation. Some orders may contain items that ship separately.

Tracking Your Order
Once item(s) are shipped, tracking numbers are assigned and emailed to you. It may take up to 48 hours or longer before the package is checked into the carrier's tracking system.

Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Reasons may include:
- Item(s) not available.
- Difficulty in processing your payment information.
- Cannot ship to address provided.

If your order is cancelled, you will receive an e-mail notification regarding your order, which will explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items.
In the event Francoise Elizee Collection cancels your order, your sole and exclusive remedy is limited to reimbursement of amounts billed to your credit card for the items cancelled.

Product Availability

Francoise Elizee products are subject to availability; and we reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply; supply only part of an order or to divide up orders. We also reserve the right to alter the terms or duration of any special offers or sale promotion. We will inform you if we are unable to fill your order.

Made to Order Items
You may order Made to Order items online. Made to Order items are items that are not in stock but are made especially for you.
Because Made to Order items are neither returnable nor exchangeable, we ask that you take special care when making your selections.
Made to Order items can take as long as 3 - 12 weeks, so please consider this time requirement when placing your order. When you order a Made to Order item, you will see the expected ship date in your Shopping Bag.
Please order carefully, as Made to Order items are neither returnable nor exchangeable. Total payment is required upon order (credit, debit or bank check cards will be charged upon order).

Expected Ship Dates – Made to Order Items
For Made to Order items, we calculate Expected Ship Dates to help you find out when these items are expected to ship. An Expected Ship Date is a calculation of several factors.
When we can accurately calculate Expected Ship Dates, we'll provide them to you during Checkout, as well as in your Order Confirmation email. Please note that Expected Ship Dates are estimates only, and are not guaranteed. Due to many factors, Expected Ship Dates can also change between the time you place the order and receive an order confirmation. We do our best to provide accurate estimates and provide you with several other resources for tracking your order, such as order detail and tracking links.

Sales Tax
Sales tax is added on all merchandise delivered to the state of Florida.


Prices displayed on the Francoise Elizee web site are quoted in U.S. dollars. While we try to ensure that all prices on our web site are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the merchandise you have ordered, we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled.

Title to products you order on this web site and risk of loss or damage to products, passes to you upon delivery, provided that we have received payment in full for the products.


Shipping Options
All online purchases are shipped via FedEx. For security reasons, Francoise Elizee online purchases will require an adult signature upon delivery. In addition, online purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses, which are not available through FedEx. At the current time, orders submitted online can only be shipped within the USA excluding the state of CALIFORNIA. At Checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). Shipping costs are dependent on the items in your order and the shipping method you select. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.
For most items, you will have the option of upgrading your shipping method for faster delivery. If you choose to upgrade your shipping method, your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 12:00 p.m. (noon) EST. Orders received and/or processed after that time will not be processed until the following business day. Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Duties and taxes (including value added tax) will be the responsibility of the recipient. Francoise Elizee Collection AKA Elizee Corp. cannot determine the exact amount of these fees in advance, however an estimate will be provided to the purchaser prior to the time of shipping. The purchaser's approval is needed to complete shipment.

Return Policy

Elizee Corp, Francoise Elizee proudly stands behind the design and quality of our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 10 days of the merchandise receipt for store credit or exchange. You can only return or exchange In Stock items. The item must be returned in new and unused condition, and in its original packaging to assure store credit. We cannot accept any item for return or exchange, which bears an indication that it was used. There are absolutely no returns or exchanges on Made to Order items.
Please note that shipping costs will not be subject to refund. We recommend shipping returned merchandise via FedEx or insured parcel post for tracking purposes and that a customer request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment. Francoise Elizee Collection, Elizee Corp will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. All types of leathers and other delicate materials (including metal accessories) suffer from humidity. Humidity, salt and atmospheric agents in general can cause permanent and irreversible wear and tear. Therefore, please avoid rain and direct contact with heat, oil, grease (makeup), alcohol (perfume, solvents) and other abrasive products, as Francoise Elizee, Elizee Corp cannot assume responsibility for the eventual deterioration and mishandling of the product.

All materials are sourced for their exceptional quality and are tested extensively prior to sale. However, some materials, such as suede, may transfer color on to lighter materials. Similarly, avoid contact with any materials, which may transfer their color pigments on to the product.

Please take note of our suggested guidelines for maintaining your Francoise Elizee item. The following are suggestions which will help preserve the original quality of your purchase, so you can enjoy it for years to come.

Jewelry & handbags
Every piece of francoise elizee jewelry features real genuine exotic skins. Our products are made by hand and therefore, require gentle handling.
Following each wear, wipe the gemstone and metal portions of the product gently with a soft cloth and store in a jewelry box or other location away from direct sources of light, heat, moisture or air conditioning. If you own a piece featuring exotic skins, please lightly dust the skin with a dry cloth or make-up brush to remove any lint.
Please avoid direct contact with water (salt or fresh), excessive perspiration, and chemicals such as chlorine, sulfur, perfume, detergent and lotion. Our pieces consist of metal plated with 14k and 18k gold. The metal may darken or tarnish with normal wear. We recommend gently wiping the metal surface with a polishing cloth; however, excessive polishing will rub off the plating and is not recommended.

Exotic skin care
The best way to care for an exotic leather accessory is to simply keep it clean and dry. Do not use cleaning or conditioning products designed for cow leather; such products will damage most exotic leathers.
Ideally, you should clean your alligator, crocodile or other exotic leather accessory every few months with a clean damp cloth or with a cleaner specifically intended for such exotic leathers.
When not in use, it is important to keep your exotic leather item relatively cool and dry. If used infrequently, you should also take care that the leather (any leather) item is stored in a natural unstressed position.
Because all of the stones and exotic skins used in our collections are real, they may vary in shape, size and color. Inclusions can be seen in natural stones and is a part of their beauty.
