Opened just a few weeks ago, just a block from the new "Brickell City Center", Bachour Bakery + Bistro is an urban oasis that brings novelty in culinary preparations, flavor, and freshness in miniature desserts, served with an excellent wine and impeccable service, guarantying an unforgettable experience.
Located in a refined, original and friendly setting in "Brickell" town, with a quaint and relaxing ambiance, Bachour Bakery + Bistro is a romantic restaurant, an ideal location for a memorable meal that meets the needs of the most demanding gourmet.
I enjoyed their avocado tartine outside, in the perfect Miami weather this past Saturday, for lunch, with a friend, and I have to say, it honestly melted in my mouth. The seasoning was perfect and the portion, just right. I also took the opportunity to mention this to Chef Henry Hane, who is originally from Peru, and I know that Peruvian cuisine is categorized as one of the best in the world. The combinations and presentation were over the top and every bite was heaven.
My friend had their hamburger which they only offered on the spot. I would say it's one of the best burgers I ever had. I really wish they would keep it on the menu permanently.
The restaurant also offers indoor seating and the menu features other savory dishes like house-made soups, leafy grain-based salads, open-faced sandwiches perfectly intertwined with Chef Antonio Bachour's signature, intricate desserts like bonbons, macaroons, cakes, tarts and pastries, displayed on the inside for breakfast, lunch, early dinner or brunch! I honestly can't wait to go back and I predict to be a regular for sure!
